Here for the Grand Opening, and wow! The Shiro Shooter, Shoka-do Bento Box and the Rockin' Wagyu Beef are all outstanding!! Great place to drink and eat Japanese tasty bites.

Wagyu served perfectly!
Really well made margaritas. I like mine served upwards. Get the guac and wagyu tacos. Also get one of each of the Lite Tacos—the lettuce wraps are pretty great.
The El Zabuton wagyu is astonishing!

Astonishing burgers, Kobe beef & bacon skewers, and swell chicken wings. Out of all the happy 60 minutes deals in Seattle, this has always been my friends favorite!
The wagyu steak, wedge salad & clam chowder are all dandy. Skip the Yukon potatoes & lobster mac which were both disappointing.

BEST meal I had in Seattle. Sit at the kitchen bar so y'all can watch the magic happen. Beet salad was fantastic and the wagyu steal was insane. A perfect evening.

The Original Provision - wagyu beef hasty is a good first with a glass of wine. Recommend the pairing with each of the selections. Yellowtail pairing was perfect.

Get the tasting bill of fare. Wagyu and Uni Panna Cotta dishes are outstanding. Beautiful views of Seattle and service that was non at all stuffy. Definitely a Seattle highlight.
Just I ncredible, with a view overlooking Lake Union second to none. The service was impeccable, and the Somm' went above and across. Start with the Canlis salad, definitely get the A5 Wagyu steak.
7. Saltoro's
The Wagyu Kobe burger is probably the best I e'er ate! It was juicy & astonishing. We as well tried the Veal Bolognese over fresh pappardelle pasta, a sage marinara sauce and topped with ricotta. Perfecto!
Always easy to get a tabular array. Consequent and pretty tasty.
Smashing dessert!!! Cheque out the chocolate molten lava block... Yum!!!

The Wagyu Bavette and Cold-Smoked Escolar were out of this world, crazy good.
Wagyu, rice cakes, broccoli & salmon are all excellent. Skip the tofu & cauliflower.
The rice cakes and the common cold noodles are astonishing! Cocktails and beer selection are too great.

Try the Oxtail Pho - The combo: Oxtail goop pho with wagyu eye of circular and braised brisket, hon shimeji and shiitake mushrooms. Good recovery food after a half marathon.
I recommend the assorted dim sum basket (which actually is a serial of plates). It's perfect to share...

I had the wagyu ribeye, and it was delicious. Then, and then succulent.
Delicious. Chips and dip, os marrow yummy. Bodoni for dessert.

This was an feel. Had the omakase and enjoyed such a variety of fresh, delicious dishes. Definitely piece of work the cost.

The Kobe beefiness is truly tender and I love the beets salad here. Very lovely restaurant for a casual dine out.
Pleased with the 2014 Restaurant Week menu and wine pairings. Nosotros all had the halibut. It'southward bustling and popular and comfortable.
